De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 37. 2 de la Ley 1/1993, de 6 de abril, de Ordenación del Sistema Sanitario de Castilla y León, también serán competentes para imponer sanciones los restantes órganos de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma para los que se hayan aprobado normas de desconcentración sobre competencias sancionadoras en materia sanitaria. K) La reincidencia en la comisión de infracciones graves en los últimos cinco años.

La adscripción a las oficinas de farmacia de los botiquines existentes a la entrada en vigor de la Ley 4/1996, de 26 de diciembre, se mantendrá en la misma situación, mientras los botiquines no se cierren, con independencia de que se produzca cambio de titularidad de las oficinas de farmacia a las que estuviesen adscritos. A los procedimientos de autorización iniciados antes de la entrada en vigor de esta Ley, le será de aplicación hasta su resolución la Ley anterior. El cierre temporal a que hace referencia el punto anterior no será de aplicación para los núcleos con farmacia única en los que se nombrará regente según lo establecido en el artículo 27.6 de la presente Ley. I) Acceder a la titularidad de una oficina de farmacia sin ser farmacéutico, o siéndolo, acceder a la titularidad de más de una de farmacia. P) Intermediar con ánimo de lucro entre la dispensación por la oficina de farmacia y el público.
